Examinations end at 5:00 p.m. on Monday, June 2nd. Senior grades are due to the University Registrar's Office by 9:00 a.m. on Tuesday, June 3rd. The graduation check process is described here. Non-senior grades are due to the University Registrar's Office by 3:00 p.m. on Friday, June 6th. Grade reports are not sent through the mail or provided over the telephone. Families should ask their students for a copy of e-mail or WebAdvisor grades. Students may notice during the grading period that courses disappear from the "My Class Schedule" screen. This is normal and not cause for any alarm. The courses will reappear once grades for the term are released. Grades are expected to be available for seniors through WebAdvisor on Wednesday, June 4th at 11:30 a.m., and for all other students by late Friday, June 6th. Also, grade reports were e-mailed on these days directly to your W&L e-mail address. Only one e-mail copy of your grades is available. If you need help accessing WebAdvisor or e-mail from off-campus, please read the ITS Helpdesk information. In an effort to expedite the grade verification process and to submit grade reports to students in a timely manner, some WebAdvisor screens will have restricted access while grades are being verified and seniors are being certified for graduation. Once these processes are complete, students will be able to access their grades as usual. The dates of restricted access will be Tuesday-Wednesday, June 3-4 and Friday-Saturday, June 6-7. Thank you for your understanding during this temporary and necessary inconvenience. Explanations of F grade codes are available here. Transcripts may be ordered using the information under the Transcripts link to the right. Fall WebRegistration will re-open later in June. The same password you received from your adviser in May will work until WebRegistration for returning students closes the evening of Monday, September 1st in order to free the system for WebRegistration for new First Years. Fall term matriculation for all students is Wednesday, September 3rd. Fall term classes begin at 8:00 a.m. on Thursday, September 4th. The drop/add period will run from Thursday, September 4th until 4:30 p.m. on Wednesday, September 10th. Drop/adds will be done by the normal paper-form process. |
