Course Hour Key

Here's the key to reading the W&L course schedule. An "Hour Key" cut-out reference sheet is available here.

Instead of "clock hours," class times are abbreviated as a letter or combination of letters, according to the following key.

A = 8:00 - 8:55 am
B = 9:05 -10:00 am
C = 10:10 - 11:05 am
D = 11:15 - 12:10 pm
E = 12:20 - 1:15 pm
F = 1:25 - 2:20 pm
G = 2:30 - 3:25 pm
H = 3:35 - 4:30 pm
I = 4:40 - 5:35pm

Days are noted in parentheses as follows:

M=Monday
T=Tuesday
W=Wednesday
R= Thursday
F=Friday

So a class meeting B(MWF) meets for one hour starting at 9:05 a.m. three days a week. And a class meeting GH(TR) meets for two hours beginning at 2:30 p.m. on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Clear? Let us know if you still have questions.
